These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors of the website and to all purchases made through www.byzukids.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We strive to display our products, colors, materials and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Due to differences in screens, devices and browsers, actual colors may vary slightly from those displayed on the website.
As many Byzu garments are produced in small batches and involve handcrafted elements, minor variations between products may occur. These variations are part of the product's character and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Byzu reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been sent.
Byzu reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
- Product availability issues
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment Methods
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and approved payment providers.
Available payment methods may include:

- Maestro
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Payment methods may vary depending on your location.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Byzu currently ships throughout the European Union and selected European countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on the destination country.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs procedures
- Public holidays
- Peak periods
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Byzu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Byzu by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original condition
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
9. Returns
Customers wishing to return an item must contact:

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
10. Refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Byzu will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund.
12. Product Care
To ensure the longevity of your Byzu garments, customers must follow the care instructions provided on the garment label and accompanying care card.
Byzu cannot be held responsible for damage caused by:
- Incorrect washing
- Tumble drying contrary to care instructions
- Improper storage
- Misuse of the product
Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may result in fading, shrinkage or damage to prints and fabrics.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Artwork
- Fabric prints
- Illustrations
- Photographs
- Product designs
- Logos
- Branding
- Text and graphics
is the intellectual property of Byzu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byzu shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Delays caused by third parties
- Damage resulting from improper use of products
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Declaration.

Byzu shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Consumers residing in another EU Member State continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights granted under the laws of their country of residence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
